Joles Tree Removal and Landscape Gary Lee Joles Failed to finish job after payment Summerfield FL
While doing work across the street, Joles approached us with a quote to do extensive lawn work including trimming. (Warning in head ignored) They, the three man crew, used my equipment, i.e. edge, weedwhacker, hedge trimmer, ladder, leaf blower. Jammed the weedwhacker and was given new line, just left it. Ran the blower until no more battery power, left it on a table on the carport without a word. Found it the next day.
I had a doctor's appointment and was running late, I headed out the door and here stood Gary saying he had finished. Going back to the original contact, one of the explicit instructions my wife gave him was to lower the hedge which had gotten a little too high. After trimming it, they failed to lower the top. He wasn't happy about lowering it. Reason? Don't know, however I insissted that he do as asked. He said iwe are all finished and 'll be back in the morning to finish the hedge.
He gave me his drivers license so my wife could write the check as I dashed off to my appointment. When I returned, I saw my fan rake lying in the middle of my flagpole base amongst the unfinished weed-pulling project. I checked around and saw my ladder leaning against the house ourside, the rear hedge cleanup not finished. Weeding of the front flower bed incomplete. Now overly concerned as his huge trash trailer was still parked at the curb.
The next day, a young man, not not of the original crew, came to pick up the trailer. I asked him if he was a part of Joles' team, he was. I asked where Gary was, "He's a half hour behind me." Good. He's coming back to finish. Naw. Have seen neither hide nor hair, no call, no show. I can really pick them. This being the second comtractor that is rilping me off. ET Enterprise is the other. Long story about that.
Thank you for the oportunity to vent my spleen. Hope I can bug him to finish, not holding my breath.

As Flint has already stated, and Flint is usually right on target,. $200 for a REAL massage from a real licensed and insured Massage Therapist, is way too high. Secondly, any real licensed massage therapist carries insurance and they have their own supplies as its part of the profession. The overarching question here is do YOU get paid in advance for the services YOU provide???
