Complaint Review: Jolique Skin Care

Jolique Skin Care I received additional product after the initial low-priced offer, not realizing that it was so expensive. I recently received a second shipment and I do not wish to keep it. When I called the company I was informed that they do NOT accept returns, and also told that that information is on their Website, which it is NOT. They offered me a 35% refund, which I suppose it better than nothing, but I am still angry. The cream is OK, but there is considerably less in the container than said container would indicate, CERTAINLY less than the $80 I have been charged for it! I am wondering whether contacting the Better Business Bureau would be useful? I feel that I have been ripped off, certainly! Santa Ana California

I have been charged for a product which is NOT all it's cracked up to be and is certainly not worth the amount they have charged me for it. However, the rep insisted that they would only offer a 35% refund, and they do not accept returns. Would complaining to the BBB be useful?
