Joliqueskincream Joliqueeyeserum False advertised Joanna Gaines name, no place to check terms or conditions, charged me 387.00 in 1 month 10 days united kingdom Internet
I saw the ad on the internet for Joliqueskincream and was interested because it said that it was Joanna Gaines product. I like her and felt comfortable with her and felt she was for real. I searched the website for terms or conditions, i found none, and because it was her product i felt she wouldnt allow her company to steal from people. It said around 6.50 for shipping and handling, i also said ok to the eye serum for another 3.50 shipping. In one week i recieved the trial bottles. Again i looked for something saying i had a certain amount of time to try it. There was nothing saying that.
1 month and 10 days later i recieved more product in the mail. I called them immediatedly and said i didnt order more. They refused to take the product back and i was then informed that my account had already been hit for $387.00. They stated that in the fine print it said i had 14 days to cancell or i had to pay for the trial size ones, $90 each and the new ones $90 each and it was too bad I didnt know better.
They offered 120.00 refund but thats all. I refused that. Dealing with my cc company now. I found a site that had many many complaints from people saying the exact same thing happened to them. They saw Joannes name being used and they never found any terms listed either. I imagine that those could be added later, so we dont see it. I did find out this company is from the United Kingdom so the better business bureau wasnt any help. We will see what happens next.
