Complaint Review: JoliqueSkinCream

JoliqueSkinCream JoliqueSkinCream used false advertising to sell me a $4.97 30 day sample of their skin cream. They had a Facebook ad with a Joanna Gaines article saying she was leaving fixer upper because she started a skin care company (JoliqueSkinCream). After I received my face cream it was confirmed by ms Gaines that it was all a scam. They ended up charging my account 89.97 for the product. After an incredibly hard conversation with their call center, they refunded my 75%. Internet

JoliqueSkinCream used a false article quoting Joanne Gaines from the show fixer upper. It said their JoliqueSkinCream was her product. They even had celebrity quotes of how much they loved the cream. They only charge $4.97 for a 30 day sample. After I received the sample Joanne's Gains came out saying that was not true. It's not her product. 14 days later I received a $89.97 charge on my account. I called a their call center for a refund and was completely toyed with. They even pretended to get the supervisior and the same person got back on the phone . They refunded me $67.00 after a long dispute.
