joma shop received a scratched watch and when we tried to return the watch they said it was severely damaged and scratched..we had it for 2 weeks he didnt even wear it brooklyn new york

WE PURCHASED A WATCH OFF JOMA SHOP. WE TOOK THE WATCH TO A JEWELERS TO GET LINKS REMOVED. BEFORE THE JEWERLY STORE DID ANYTHING TO THE WATCH THEY POINTED  OUT THE WATCH WAS SCRATCHED. wE HAD THE WATCH FOR 2 WEEKS COULDNT WEAR IT WAS TO BIG FOR HIS WRIST. sENT WATCH BACK NOW THEY ARE SAYING WATCH IS SEVERELY DAMAGED AND SEVERELY SCRATCHED. THOSE ARE THEIR EXACT WORDS!! NOW REALLY?? HOW DOES ONE SEVERELY DAMAGE A 500 DOLLAR WATCH??? THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, NOT A NEW WATCH AND NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH A SCRATCHED WATCH AND THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
