Complaint Review: Jomashop

Jomashop DID A BAD REPAIR JOB AND THEN WOULDN'T ACCEPT WATCH BACK WITHOUT A RUN AROUND, WOULD GIVE ME AN RMA Brooklyn New York

WHEN THE SECOND HAD FELL OFF MY WATCH AFTER 1 WEEK OF USE I SENT IT BACK, IT WAS RETURNED WEEKS LATER WITH THE PROBLEM STILL APPARENT AS THE SECOND HAND just spun around on its own.  I sent it back and then finally received it back and now the watch stops at 2:03 am or pm.  Now I can not get them to give me an RMA to return it.  THis is a Bell and Ross watch and was not cheap.  THey tell me now that since this is my second RMA that the management has to approve the return for repair but this isn't what I paid for when I bought the watch from them.  I can not get the manager on the phone as he's always away from his desk.
