I was told SEVERAL times that I could get a refund before I even paid the $299 that was the only reason I went ahead and did it.  You have to pay $299 for the set up of the Website, then you enter information from the leads into the back office.  Well if you enter some and decide that it isn't for you or in my case I had to get a regular job, the refund that they promised that  you could get disappears and they say we have spent to many hours working your leads to give your money back.

The refund policy says "I am aware there are no refunds or cancellations for services once initiated and in all cases no refund or approval for cancellation shall occur unless requested in writing and agreed to by Vanguard LLC and Party Invoiced.  Now it starts out shaky but when they say UNLESS that changes things. So if I had made them some money they would probably have refunded me depending on how much money and how many leads.  Basically I am working and can no longer get the quality leads that I need to make the money so I requested a refund and of course it was denied!
