Usually when I do business, I generally require that I am paid on time, and treated with respect. I love the fact that I have the ability to pick and choose my clients without a contract. It gives me the opportunity to see who I am working with, and gives me the opportunity to cut ties when I see the other party malicious and/or uncooporative. Here is story about the type of people I don't do business with.

Meet Jon Buck

Jon owns a couple of businesses such as JB's Piano Bar, Far Side of the Moon, and iLocalRadio which is soon to be Vocal FM.  Jon decided he would join with my company and of course, we accepted him with open arms and decided to do his marketing. Little did we know that Jon would soon owe us $500 dollars and NOT pay us. Of course, we were upset. We provide a service we can not take back and once the work is done, it is non refundable. We did a hell of a good job in my opinion. Jon is considered the founder of ilocalRadio (Vocal FM) which is a company that currently brings in no revenue. They had no complaints and I charged a very small amount for what we did.

Meet Aldo Dominguez

Aldo is a lawyer full time, a partner (investor) in iLocalRadio, and the person who told me 60 days ago I would be paid. He also left us his advertising account with Facebook which has an upaid balance of $425 along with his invoice of $500. He, along with all the others of iLocalRadio, agreed to have my company come on board, and then shortly after, refused to pay us for our services.

Being a lawyer, it came to no surprise that he decided to threaten me on a recorded phone call that my business is illegal because I used a registerered DBA. That doesn't scare me.

What scares me, is that someone else will fall prey to these people. Someone who can look me in the eye, after providing services, that they do not owe my company money. Alas, all is not lost. Karma is swift and it is fierce. I may not see my $500 but at least I can warn anyone else who tries to do business with them what has happened to me. I hope one day, a higher power to myself, will see their wrong doing, and offer them mercy for being the people they are.

Thanks for listening!

If you have had an BAD experience with either of these two men. Please list it in the comments. I know several people have come forward to me and talked about how he has conned them out of money. Please let me know, I will personally reach out to you and get a statement. Thanks again!
