Complaint Review: Jon hall Chevrolet

 hello.I purchased a used Chevy cruise from Jon hall Chevrolet.the color was a black metallic flake.I paid using a cashiers check.it was a couple rain free days later I noticed hail damage to the roof hood and trunk lid.i immediately took it back.of course THEY tried to blame ME for the damage.sorry,not a lot of hail storms in central florida in summer,lol.it was parked in my garage the 3 days I owned it.anyway I SHOULDVE just demanded ALL my money back.problem was I live 30 miles south of the dealership,had no other vehicle and no one to call to give me a ride.so,SHOCKINGLY I got steered into picking another used car on the lot.at least i picked a kia forte.frankly a Cadillac compared to the cruise.we "agreed" on a price MORE money of course on TOP of what I already paid for the cruise I returned.to be paid the following Monday.after doing some research,it was VERY obvious I would be paying too much.I called left them a message that I would come in Monday with a lower amount.that's when I recieved a very nasty phone call from there used car manager threatening ME with calling police coming to MY home and repo the car!! Well.I went over and did indeed pay them less than what we had agreed on just to get these "people" out of my life.I STILL paid TOO much money.filed complaint with the BBB.they informed me Jon hall ALREADY had an f rating.called 1800 GMC.all I got was apologies that's wonderful.but first,id prefer an apology from them.AND $1500 dollars.do NOT purchase anything from Jon hall chevrolet.at least hundreds of terrible reviews of an awful dealership
