Complaint Review: Jon Katz

Jon Katz hired our office to do a FHA appraisal for his company and we did so and billed $300. This order was placed with us onDecember 1, 2009 (yes 2009). We has sent repeated emails, snail mails - statements, left vms, etc.

We just now received back our Dec 2010 statement with the "nondeliverable" notification from the post office stamped on it. We now note that Mr. Katz's website is "suspended" and the only other address we have is a post office box #22 in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

This particular inspection took extensive work and time on the part of this office and our appraiser and Mr. Katz benefited and kept our fee moneys. He should be ashamed of himself and his dishonest business dealings.

We wonder if there are others out there in this similar situation due to Mr. Katz's non-payment and complete disregard of honest attempts to communicate and secure payments due and owing.
