My name is Vincent V. Fiduccia, Sr., and I was mentioned in this posting.

One of our clients was doing some due diligence on my firm, and came across this posting, and notified us of it.  As a result, there have been some very real economic losses encured as of this posting.

The person that is filing this report hides behind anonymity to spread libelous and inflammatory gossip about someone without a hint as to what they supposedly have done.  The only transaction my firm has had in the State of Wyoming in the past two years was for a transaction in which a near bankrupt potential borrow was looking for funds for which he clearly did not qualify.

We worked over five months on his file, with no results because of his horrible credit and mismanagement of his business.   The irony is that we did not charge him an advance fee, a loan fee, or any fee whatsoever.  We never asked him for any money, nor did he pay us a single dime, nor anyone that we are related to or had an economic interest in.  Our fee was based on a success fee.  We were not successful; therefore, we received nothing.

If necessary, I will post the contract that we had with him on this website.

This is a bold face lie, and we can prove it, and this person does not have the temerity to face me, and accuse myself, my firm, or any of our employees face to face.

This also could be a posting of a competitor to discredit my firm and myself.   I cannot be certain what this posting entails.

Even more ridiculous is that I do not know any of the people that were also mentioned in this posting, with the exception of one person that has his name mispelled from whom I receive junk emails.

Anyone who would like to discuss this with me, I would be more than happy to give you the details, and have provided my contact information.  As you can see, I am not afraid to face my accuser, or anyone else.

At the same time, I ask the webmaster for this site to remove my name from this posting...this is a very serious matter, and just because there is a warning posted, does not mean that you are not culpable for a libelous attack.

But even more import, I know who this person is, and I will give him 24 hours to respond and retract this vicious and malicious attack.
