This young couple rented the bottom of a friends home and was late for their payments twice then would not take their trash out because they refused to pay for heating costs during the 2008 winter season. They left the apartment without notice and totally wrecked it leaving trash all over it.
They also caused undue stress for the owners by alleging that they were liars and thieves. Both of these tenants are unstable people with good credit history. They are very manipulative liars. They sent a threatening email that contained a virus the day the were leaving.
Please do not rent to this couple. Adam or Jonathan Hardin works for Mission Hospital as a RN and Hannah Hardin is a physical therapist in Weaverville. The owners of the property they rented are considering filing harrassment charges against them with the police due to the mean and vendictive nature of the couple.

I have photos of the cigarette burns in the carpet and the ferret crap in the corners that was left in the apartment. They refused to smoke outside and brought a ferret into the apartment. They dumped ashes and burned several holes in the carpet. Please do not rent to these malicious people!
