I worked with "Jonathan Allen" for 60 days. He responded to a craigslist post I posted about wanting to get into a certain industry. He was always very mysterious but definitely knew how to lie through his teeth and sound like he knew what he was talking about. Im not naive, stupid, or simple by any means. I am an educated person that was looking for a business opportunity that would allow me to work for myself. He said he was looking for a new business partner in his business consulting venture. Because I was so desperate to get out of my dead end job, I quit and worked with him for 60 days. He said he had clients lined up with contracts that funny enough only had my name on it and not his. He basically was using me as the fall man to rip off honest small business owners. This man is a BUM!!! After noticing certain things I came to the conclusion that he was homeless, carless, and used business ventures as a way to siphon money to probably pay for a gambling debt he mentioned. He even goes around to the different hotels and convinces them that he is an elite member and uses their business centers as his personal office. He even buys the staff pizza once in a while to keep them on his good side. I called bull**** on his entire operation, dissolved the partnership, and tried to get the FBI and local sheriff's office involved with no luck. Oh also, he is a professed man of God and does nothing but preach the bible while scamming people. I was paid $600 over $60 days and he costed me a job that took me 4 months to get. He put me in a position I couldn't afford to be in and I haven't been able to recover since. Granted I ultimately fell for his bull**** and put myself in this situation but he was pretty believable. I'm hoping this report will help someone who may be a future victim of his.

To anyone that has read the lies posted on this site about me. This person met with me on several occasions to discuss the possibility of entering into a joint venture together. This person participated in the creation and the development of their own business. This person signed a contract with me in regards to the terms and conditions of the business venture. I helped this person succesfully negotiate clients that put them in the position to be succesful! It was due to the actions or lack of actions that they failed in business. It is unfortunate but it a true satement, that people that fail are always looking for someone to blame.
I ask anyone who has read this persons complaint to ask this person to post the contracts/documents for you to see and so you can judge for yourself. This person did not work for me. They were the owner of their company. It is sad that this person has resulted in this poor attempt to slander my good name to cover up their own failures in life. This person is a liar and a coward. This person did not even post their name.
Also, keep in mind, this person stated that they contacted the Local Authorities including but not limited to the State Attorney's Office, the Police and the FBI and they told her that I have done nothing wrong. This is why I have not been arrested/prosecuted by the Authories. This person must and should relize they do not get to go around and make false accusations and not face the consequinces. This is considered Liable and Slander.
I, Allen Kinman, hereby demand that this person Cease and Desist and Remove any/all Slanderous Statements against me immediately from this website and any other websites. Failure to do so will lead to me taking any/all legal actions allowed by local, state and federal laws to recover for any/all damages that you have caused, in the past, presently or may cause in the future by your false statements. Failure to comply with this Cease and Desist Order to Remove Remove any/all Slanderous Statements against me immediately from this website and any other websites will result in immediate action against you. Anyone reading this Report should ask the Individual to post their contract/evidence and by doing so you will be able to see that the individual is not being completely honest, infact you will be able to tell that this Individual is Lying!
