Complaint Review: Jonathan Baltuch

Individual operated a now defunct travel service called Fine Food and Wine Cruises.com.  That company collected several million dollars from hundreds of travellers for cruises he represented (Windstar Cruise Lines).  When about 50% of the money had been collected, he apparently used the funds to fund other more lucrative cruises he was involved in and has emailed all the participants of the defunct cruises saying, so sorry, cruise is cancelled, money is gone, contact your insurance carrier.  He continues to book cruises under other travel agent names.
