Beware of Jonathan Barnard (Handyman Services). Advertises at Menards and provides low ball quotes. Says that he is licensed and bonded, but is neither. Contracted him to remove and replace hardwood flooring. He destroyed the entire main floor of our home: improperly installed new hardwoods such that there are significant creaks, cracks, dents, pops, boards with no nails, glue or staples. He also damaged every wall and door on the main floor - deep holes, dents and black marks from tools and extreme carelessness. It cost thousands to repaint the entire main floor and repair damages, not to mention the thousands spent on new hardwood flooring and on his unprofessional services - His improper installation rendered the new hardwoods damaged and in need of replacement in order to properly fix the situation (this is according to a licensed flooring inspector). Jonathan would not return any of our phonecalls or provide any remedy for the situation. He left the job unfinished and our home a disaster. Avoid this person at all cost!
