He had me submit over 20,000 and I'm hearing over much more with at least 10 people all over the country!!! No more of this nonsense. I did not write the initial report above on Jonathan Herring, someone else did. We only filed a rebuttal because my name was mentioned from Mr. Herring in a unprofessional manner. I do not know or have any relation to the person that posted this ad. Now being that he is a child that has nothing better to do decided to rant and rave about me and my family. That tells you what type of charcter he is.
Bottom line is that I also gave Jonathan over $40,000 for tradelines which never posted. He have not returned one penny to me and I am actually filing a lawsuit against him now to recover the funds and put him where he belongs. In November, I contacted Nina Adams to discuss options for some of my clients. Throughout November and December we spoke on the phone and through email on several options in which I had to get CPN's and Tradeline packages. I sent my deposit to her in Mid-December and was told the tradelines should post within 30 days. Well, Nina kept in close contact with me throughout the trasnaction but no tradelines never posted. She answered her phone almost EVERYTIME I CALLED and if she did not answer, SHE CALLED ME BACK QUICKLY.
She did suspect there was a problem with the tradeline poster (Although she NEVER said bad things) and more blamed the issue on "reporting issues". Because of this, she declined to submit any NEW clients into the program until the issue was resolved. IF SHE WERE A SCAMMER, SHE WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY IN A SPLIT SECOND!!
Needless to say, the tradelines never posted and I asked for a refund. Having been scammed before, I thought I would never see the money again but knew I had to refund my clients for their fees. NINA DID THE RIGHT THING. She not only asked for a bit of time because so many of her clients were effected, but she also made a payment arrangement to pay the money back. To date, she has made payments that are acceptable to all parties.
In closing, I find Nina to have great personal and business ethics. She could VERY EASILY run from this whole situation but she is not doing that. Because of that, I am more willing to work with her and understand that she can only ay so much back at a time. In saying that, I also see that the REAL SCAMMERS are the people she put her trust in. Unfortunately, there are a few BAD APPLES and we all got hit downstream. My client was a VERY HIGH PROFILE client who I had alot of future business lined up with. It caused some riff in the business relationship but I think in the end, it will all work itself out.
Summed up- NINA HAS GREAT ETHICS! THANKS NINA FOR STANDING UP AND BEING RESPONSIBLE! You are a credit to your business!
If anyone wants to question me, feel free. I have proof she has refunded some of my deposit per the terms we established.

I would like to make it public, bottom line as you know is that Jonathan and David owes me over $40,000 and I will fight with every tooth and nail to get that back for my clients. There is no reason to put Nina's name in your objection in that kind of way. Nina has been busting her a*s returning our money to us, even though she is not the one to blame here.
