Jonathan L. Nielsen Law Office FRAUD McKay Nielsen Lawyer enlists brother to commit perjury Sherman Oaks, California
The Law offices of Jonathan L. Nielsen is involved in committing perjury on a regular basis. They submit phony process services to the court in hopes of obtaining a default judgment against their defendents. Since the defendants were never actually served, they have no knowledge that the Law offices of Jonathan L. Nielsen have received a judgment against them. The facilitator involved in this fraud is Jonathan L. Nielsen's brother, McKay Nielsen. McKay Nielsen is the one who actually submits that phony process services to the court and signs under penalty of perjury that he has made personal service to the defendants. Often to individuals who dont exist or dont live in the same state. This way they can bypass the legal process and obtain judgements. It is law firm such as this which and these types of methods that give lawyers a bad name. McKay Nielsen is under investigation for perjury.

I was led here from Nielson's Yelp profile. I own a business that was given a bogus negative feedback, which resurfaced because the same person (Gia F.) left a bogus negative feedback on Nielson. I have been threatened by these people within the last 6 months:
Andrew De Leon
(also goes by the name Robert Robbie Eid)
Joe Wooten
in connection to these companies:
Orange County Mansion
Real Estate Network
Premier Luxury Events
Seeing that Leon was a defendant in a court case that Nielson took part in cements the identity of Gia F. Leon who often signs himself as Robbie Eid has been also sued in the following case:

The information in this report is completely false.
The people involved in this case perpetrated a large fraud ring on innocent victims. They have been sued several times in Orange County for their fraudulent activities many of which have gone to a default judgment.
