This company operates under BNC-GC, BNC, Inc, Buildnet Corp. Operated by Jonathan Moore. Mr Moore took a deposit of $30,000 from us to start a project to build an in law guest house for my elderly parents in Palm Beach County. Three months went by without any building permits being filed or architect drawings being completed. When we expressed that we were unhappy with the constantly missed deadlines and dishonesty in regards to progress being made, Jonathan Moore advised that he no longer wished to complete the project because he severly underquoted the job and it wouldn't be worth his effors to continue. He agreed now after several months to return our deposit in full.
Fast foward to six months, our deposits haven't all been returned. Palm Beach Count Sheriff's Office, Crimes Against Seniors, and DBPR now have open investigations against Mr Moore and his companies for committing fraud and taking monies to start a project that we later found out he is not licensed in the county of Palm Beach to perform.
Jonathan Moore has on several occasions lied about sending our payments back to us. And now, he is refusing to take our calls and hangs up on us. He has several complaints filed against him for similar complaints. Jonathan Moore needs to have his licenses revoked and not permitted to reopen companies under new names. He belongs in prison.

Mr. Moore called my elderly father today and was extremely rude and hung up the phone on him, despite us waiting patiently while he continually lied about returning our deposits. He lied to the DBPR about mailing a check. It's been over a week, and still not received and no proof or tracking.
For the record: WE DID NOT CANCEL THE CONTRACT. After months with no progress and Mr Moore continually lying about submitting drawings when he had NOT, I asked him to please expedite and stick to his obligations. He then said he would rather not proceed because the job was costing him too much time and money.He lied about needing to return materials before refunding our deposits. That was THREE months ago.
He has other ripoff reports for the SAME issue. He takes a hefty 50% deposit, then disappears!
