Complaint Review: Jonathan Smith Prestigious Construction

I did a couple of jobs for Jonathan Smith, owner of Prestigious Construction, 469-620-9064, including replacing windows and remodeling a kitchen.  The whole time he made promises and lied continuously about everything from picking up materials to deadlines.  

He would repeatedly call me three times a day to check on progress, micromanaging to the max!  When I would call him with questions, his standard response was, "Make it look good."  WTF?  How about I spray paint everything orange?  That will "make it look good!"  

The last job I did, he said he would not pay me.  I asked him why not, and he resorted to name calling, like a spoiled little b***h.  I told him I was in the process of filing a mechanics lein on him and sent a notice to the homeowner, and he finally paid, cussing and bitc**ng the whole time.
