You are assuming i tending to use it for unethical thats very wrong i was going to to destroy the google voice this was only to test your skills and i have chat available why are you lying??? i have contacted you over a week and warned you but you never answered someone contacted you through another email but you answer so stop lying i didnt get refund at all and i didnt get the rest of the money refund me in total and i will remove this as resolved.
At least appreciate when you asked for money i did gave you i wanted you to work on good project this project was just test i asked to download other apps because didnt trust you yet and my thought was correct scamming people what are you trying to a accomplish here? u haven't even tried to reply until now

When you emailed me saying you were asking for a refund, we were still communicating. Your deposits were covered by PayPal buyer's protection services. My PayPal account withdrew your refund directly from my bank account. You were refunded in full. This issue has been closed since and I stopped talking to you, yet you have your cronies harassing me despite being refunded in full.
I never disappeared from you. But then again, I suppose being refunded wasn't enough so you "anonymously" filed this. My only question is- for what? You had an issue because I was in communication with you, you filed for a refund, got it and then this? If you recall, I offered several other payment processes and offered to send you a contract- to which you denied both. Nobody ran from you. Nobody scammed you.
We had to go through the steps with PayPal because of YOUR brand new account. You had to create a new account specifically because PayPal banned your other accounts for "unknown reasons". You had me download some weird app just to talk to you because you were afraid of Skype or texting me. And this is what you do AFTER getting your money back? How many red flags are you going to post about yourself? Why don't you say what the project was? It was to create a Google Voice based autodialer to spam calls.
As I got closer to completion, I stopped not just because of a new job but because the project you hired me to do is completely unethical. You still got your money back. If you didn't, I'd call your bank or PayPal but you can leave me out of it from now on. Further discourse or defamation from you will not be tolerated.
