Bill Jones sold us a new 2006 modular. (found out later was a 2004) Left the home on our land in 4 pieces exposed to the rain. Wouldn't recover the peaked ends.
When the home was being put onto the basement found 1/4 of home had major water and mold damage. That part of the home had to almost completely gutted. Bill wanted to spray bleach water and patch with drywall.
Kind of hard to do when the ceiling in one closet was laying on the floor. Took 2nd draw and wouldn't pay contractors(only 10% of loan left at this time) Had to have mortgage lender involved to get him to get waiver's paid and signed.
Lied that he was a certified general contractor. He doesn't have a license to build because he is on probation for embezzelment.
Many many more issues.

Went past home center for Jones' still selling modular homes to people. Not sure how he can do that when he doesn't have a builders or sales person's license.
Cost us thousands of dollars extra to fix his negligence.
