Complaint Review: Jones international university

I have had problems from day one with Jiu.The student advisors don't give you all the information that you need as far as your classes and when you will recieve your student aid . I've been I class for 6 wks and just recieved my first book.I adsolutly believed that they were all about helping people who wanted to further their education. They recieved my student aid and are telling me that I still have a balance that has to be paid before I recieve my stipend andd that it could be another whole month.They are witholding my student aid and are telling me that all my paper work is not in and I will have to call back at a later date. I even tried to dropout but they said I would be responsible gor the classes that at the time I hadn't even started.Its all one big scam an d I have wasted precious time .I could be I a real school that believes in honesty and integrity Jones should not be allowed to steal money from you when the students are the ones whi have to pay it back.I have a family and bills that need to be paid I don't have time to be wasting on a University operating with such low and immoral standards.Jones has been one let down after another .Dont know where to h*o from here but I must move forward and find a real college thst cares about there students!
