Jordan Almonds Rip-Off Internet
I placed an order for chocolates in early August. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation notice that my order would be sent by 2 day UPS. I never received it. I sent an e-mail and received a response from a "Karen" stating that my order was being tracked. She never sent a follow up response. I have since sent a fax (requesting a refund),left a phone message and have sent three e-mails. All off my attempts have been to no avail.
