Complaint Review: Jordan Brown

I won an ebay auction for mr.ipod.guy's used ipod. When it arrived it was obvious that he had filled it with broken parts. He had assured me that the screen was good which was not true. I had bought many used ipods on ebay and been dissappointed more than once with seller honesty but this was too much. I notified him that I would be leaving negative feedback unless he gave me a refund. He agreed to a refund, I sent the ipod back and he did not pay. Ebay denied my claim because it was listed as-is/no return. The money doesn't matter much because the item was useless but I want to do whatever I can to expose him as a fraud. He has since changed his user ID to greatsdeals4you and currently has another ipod listed as new. I am certain it is refurbished because he refused to verify the serial numbers and hard disk on time. Don't buy from this guy!
