Complaint Review: Jordan Publishing Foreclosurestore.com

I recently purchased a 7 day trail for $8.95. Later I got a call from the fraud protection department at my bank wanting to confirm suspicious activity on my card. They told me that foreclosurestore.com or foreclosures uncovered aka Jordan Publishing was charging me for $297.00.. I dont know where this came from. I never agreed to purchase anything from them for $297.00.. I told my fraud department that I did not approve that transaction and they agreed to fight the transaction.

After I got off the phone with them I tried to contact jordan publishing and was left on hold for over an hour before I gave up. I just sat my phone down and put it on speaker so I could continue to work.. No one picked up. Hopefully this company is a moral organization and this was just a simple mistake. With 5 attourneys in my family I am sure I could recruit some service but I would really like to hash this out with the company its self.
