When you first go to this website they ask for routine sign-up information for seven days of free use. They also ask for your credit card.
Once you submit the info you have access to their cancellation policy which requires all cancellations to be sent by certified mail. Unless you have an hour or more to burn writing a letter and standing in line at the post office this can be a hassle. Repeated emails to their listed email address, as well as their administrative contacts Nick Carbone, AKA Alexander Vonbialy, or Bill Steiger went unanswered. I also got some sleazy spam from other real estate scams.
