2 hours to tow 15 miles,seems fair enough.h/d recovery straps,what the hell for?????????? called them (we use them on every tow).these guys drove my truck to their storage facility.i missed deadline for tow hearing. thats ok. paid a wopping $715.00 to get my truck out in the first 24 hours. lucky for me i can tell the world about your bussiness practices.nothing deceptive about your practices.good luck in the future you unscrupulous practioneer. a true towman does not conduct bussiness in this manner!!!! p.s. hope you dont come to my town

This is in response to the Tim the towmans complaint. First off your spelling needs to improve... you spell heavy not [haevy]. And we don't charge $125.00 for heavy duty recovery straps we charge $100.00. And if you missed the towing board deadline to file your complaint thats your business. You must not take care of your business like you should if you miss the important dates.
Second of all if this is the same Springtown towing unit that the driver was ARRESTED in wow I really want to know how you screen your drivers...Then again your not on your game when it comes to keeping up with your important tasks. Third your unit was towed in on a heavy duty wrecker. Fourth just because I negociate my contracts better than you don't point your finger at me, maybe you should get PIAD for the safety straps you put on all your tows.... I do..It sounds like you need a lesson on driver certification and screening procedures and a new tow fee schedule. Maybe get paid for what you do.... If you look on the new TDLR fee schedule you will see all my rates published. We went by those rates and your charges where ligitimate. Stop gripping about other towing services that are on their game and worry more about your drivers that are driving your equipment with WARRANTS out for thier ARREST!
