I ordered 15 lbs of Jordan Almonds for my Grandparents 50th anniversary. Order placed 5/16 payed through Paypal. Receipt from Paypal listed the company as Keller Packaging Group. Several emails to ask when shiiping date would be- got a response that it was "shippping tomorrow". That was 5/20. It's now 6/7 with the anniversary in 11 days and no almonds, no communocation.

Filed dispute with Paypal and they gave a DHL tracking number. Called DHL and they said it was just and Airbill done on a computer, there was no physical package shipped.

The only email reply I had from these people (jordanalmonds.com is who I ordered from) was sent from info@ebulkcandy.com After looking at that website, the phone numbers are identical. They are the same company.

Obviously ruthless and have no remorse.

Buyer Did Not Use Required Webform

This Buyer did not use the required webform nor did she email us advising when she needed delivery. When she received her refund, there was still time to ship for her event, but she elected to receive a refund and we were happy to send it to her!

It's hard to communicate when things are needed when there is no correspondence. Lesson learned, I hope others are not fooled.

Full Prompt Refund Was Issued to This Customer

A full, prompt refund was issued to this customer. We require that customers notify us with delivery instructions, as most customers do not want almonds delivered within 10 days, but at some date closer to the event.

This customer did not advise us re: delivery and event date and instead panicked in response to reading the very few complaints posted on sites such as this which represent about one hours worth of orders.
