I’m born and raised in B.C. … 51 years old .. a wife and 10 yr. Old daughter … very frustrated becuse we were ripped off thousands of dollars , and don’t want to be here anymore thanks to Jordy Ydse destroying our dream home project and never finshing it after he took aour money …

I want to file a complaint to you about Jordy Ydse “Foundation to Finish who now goes by Mountain Alpine Home..We found out early on that this is re occurring trend with this fraudster as we are the 7th family in the area that have been ripped off and have had all the same issues...All families are aval. upon request to provide the same re occurring issues with Jordy Ydse in documented on going court cases (which we were not aware of with us until it was too late) … I am truly disgusted that someone of this level of skill can be granted a licence to build and steal families life savings …I had a building inspector personally apologize to me but said he couldn't get involved but we were #7 victim of this guy that he knew of. I have a report from Work Safe that our site was unsafe and Jordy was delinquent. He should not have been on our site. But...still no help and he continues to screw people.

NOBODY IS REGULATING THESE FRAUDSTERS! They do what they want and Jordy Ydse is a pro ...he knows the system will do nothing and he is using the courts as his personal business (it's vexatious litigation) 1 more thing. The vice President of BC builders came to our property and was disgusted. He said he has tried to get that punk out and stop him but the President of BC builders told him to 'shut up and sit down'! Terrible hey?
