Complaint Review: Jorge Rapalo BPC OffShore Scam Con Artist

I can assure I have always been paid, it`s pretty incredible such acusation, the company is legaly established, the company is still working, why somebody will say something like this here, I think this person is just looking to damage our reputation, I feel we need to act according to the law, however the damage is already done and unless we get a retraction from the original person posted here we need to follow legal actions to find out where this happens, a new law has been approved here in El Salvador and civil and penal actions can be taken, is a long process but is worth it. I am taking a picture today to show up commitment and support to BPC and to Jorge. If you have not been paid as you say why you dont follow a legal action? Post a picture of the process you following if so to verify this. I can assure that you can expect us doing so, I know from good source that pictures with the followed legal process are about to be posted here unless a retraction happens. We can understand this is possibel for what happen in the Nayib Bukele case. Anyways I am working here and have been for a while so lets see what happens. 

Weekly payments by major bank Davivienda, u can work 44 hour a week at $3.00 per hour, they pay u the first payment about 2 weeks after u start and then every friday about 2pm but sometimes at 5pm, never delayed a payment 4 me, never heard about someone complaining of not being paid. I am currently working in another call center, a major global one and what I learned there with BPC helped me a lot to get this job, I have referred friend without experience with them and also some friends with experience since I know they will hire u when other centers are not doing it, also the give cash advances since the very first week, it is impossible not to be paid with them when u can get cash advances after a few days working there, please do me a favor, and if you have some proofs of what you saying, take pictures of them and put them here, I know they will submmit a legal complaint to have this resolved and find out what IP was used to submmit the report which is obviously false. I recomend Jorge to take pictures of the paper work with the police and lawyers, there are laws against ciber crime here in El Salvador, would be nice to see the documents, may be the liar can shortly retract and avoid a lot problems in the future. Anyways I looked for my old memories over there and I am posting a picture over there back in the days... Hey regards Jorge u r awesome! Haters will hate!

For many of us BPC is an opportunity that a lot places denied, I am a current Supervisor at BPC. I started in an account where I did not speak in english with the clients, I was doing back up office work, BPC gave me the opportunity to try more complex accounts and invested in training me, after being a QA for a sales campaign, after being developed as a Lead Generation Specialist I will stand next to the person and the organisation that made me today a Professional in the Call Center Industry. My CV has improved a lot since I stepped here first time. This is a place where you are not a number, you are part of a family, sadly even families have kids that comes to be what is not supposed to, not a problem at all I know that my check is here on time, every friday. I also took a picture with Mr. Rapalo today to show how proud I am about my job place and my employer. If you have worked here you know that we give second chances, keep it simple and easy. You can come back and as always look for a solution.

 I am currently working at BPC and also with Mr. J Rapalo and we have always being paid on time, have received incentives and bonuses according to the performance. At this time I have never witnessed nothing like what is stated on the note above. I am also including a picture that was taken today. I recomend to Mr. Rapalo to take legal actions to find out who is trying to damage us and also encourage my coworkers to do what I am doing today, stand next to to him and say the truth about BPC. BPC have been a blessing for my family and myself. I started as an agent and now I am in a supervising position, I have many friends here and no complaints, I have enjoyed beach trips with my coworkers, nice christmas dinners, please Mr. Rapalo dont let people say things like this.

I was really annoyed when I saw this post today early in the morning, first I have years knowing BPC and also Mr. Jorge Rapalo, indeed I am a current employee and have worked in different projects with the organisation. In all these years I have never been paid late, I have been developed in my profesional career by been empowered in so many different fields with the company. As one of the persons in charge of the Social Media Strategy we are taking some steps to proove this report wrong.

 All agents are paid on the hours that they have work...they need to provide proper documentation for the payment to be issue..if documentation is not provided then payment will be issue until its provided..agents are accountable to provided the documentation to its employer. Everyone that has worked for BPC has beeb paid.
