Complaint Review: jorja trading/aaf

We purchased a 2006 van  from aaf and was told that they stood behind their vehicles.  One week later we incountered electrical issues, motor noise and multiple other issues that only got worse.  My husband and i both became ill and required surgery.  We co tacted aaf to inform them of the situation.  The young lady said we were ok and not to worry.  Later, we inform aaf/jorja  trading that we could no longer afford to keep the vehical,  we were told to drop it off at their store in roger, which we did. The young lady said that since we surrender it, that there would be no further action.  Now after nearly a year, they have garnished my husbands check for 50%.  This has left us unable to purchase medication or pay bills.  I am disabled and need life sustainig medication.  We went to small claims court about this.  The represenative said she did not care because we (made her mad).  We also are raising two mentally ill children,  once again we were told "jorja trading did not care and it was our problem'.

 I have join many dissatisfied customers in spreading they word about how heartless, lieing, unprofessional people they are.
