Complaint Review: jorson & carlson grind tec .

had 6 saw blades sharpend by jorson and carlson . buy the time i got to the last 2 saw blades almost a year went by before i got to them . they ground the plate on one saw blade and took most of the carbide tip off the saw blade , both were dull and and could not cut threw a 3/4" thick pine boards without burning the wood . the other 4 carbide tip saw blades were ok . called them up to find out what they could do about the ruin blades.  there pride got in there way and gave me a song and dance and basically told me it was too long of a time for them to do any thing about the problem. i should have inspected the saw blade, but i trusted them. there web site way impressive. knowledege=understanding  ,experience, tecnology, was there M O . but when there is a problem every thing went out the window. they came to pick up the saw blades to inspect them at there shop. i called them to find out what went wrong with the 2 saw blades and they could not come up with any answers or sulutions . they are a big out fit and they do about 300 saw blade sharpings a day [ so they told me ] . in telling me this they tried to justified there belief that i was the problem. they said they would resolve the problem but instead they UPS me my ruined , untouched saw blades  back to me.  no pried in there CO.or work . just arrogant pride . as a first time and lastime customer be aware of jorson and calson when they shapen your saw blades . i hope there book binding business is better?
