Horrible customer assistance; personnel had little or no experience or knowledge regarding men's suits, tailoring, sizing, quality differences etc.

Wrote President of Jos A Bank, explaining poor quality service at the Reston Virginia location.  I expected, if nothing else, a response from the company that they appreciate my patronage, regret the incident, and are taking some kind of corrective action.  In fact, the company did not respond in any way, the personal letter to the company president had no effect, a subsequent email to a Jos A Bank customer service center specficlally designed to handle such complaints went unresponded to for 4 weens.  Then an email response came--an auto generated Thank you for your email, type response.

My experience with Jos A Bank has been that the whole set-up is Mickey Mouse.  I regret having dumped $1300 with them for a suit (which I now suspect is really a $400 suit). Should've taken my que from the initial interaction with their staff and had a custom tailored suit.
