After shortly working with Jos A Bank, I learned a few things. Most importantly to you readers, please be aware that Jos A Bank has the ability to manually change the prices of the items you have purchased. I was encouraged to mark products up at the register when the customer wasn't aware of the actual price. It was hard to keep track of the prices at Jos A Bank because they had continuous, back to back sales.

The company recently lost a lawsuit in regard to their encompassing view of the word "sale." I was lectured and reprimanded when I gave the customer the correct price when the customer would have been willing to pay more. I found this to be unethical and was unable to abide, thus causing more issues for myself. In addition, there are a few services that Jos A Bank offers that some stores, especially the store I was based out of, wouldn't do for the customers.

First, no matter how long you have owned the piece of clothing, no matter what the circumstances are, you are entitled to a full refund at any time. Secondly, the company offers free pressing on tailored clothing after purchase. Both of these policies were ignored at my store.
