Jose A Garcia - Rocky Garcia ripoff selling me wrong dog wanted female, got male also didnot recieve registration papers Edinburg Texas
I found this add on Next day pets I was looking for a teacup chihuahua female, I talked to Rocky Garcia he sent me a picture of the female I was to get. I sent him 625.00 on pay pal on 4-16- 07 he told me it was registered wormed and had shots. when I recieved pet it was a male I didnot get registration papers nor was there any shot papers.
I called him, he told me that he sold the female, but he would send me a female from another litter that were ready to go the following week. and he would pay the shipping and I could also keep the male, he also said he would send me the registration papers. this was in April and I still have not recieved anything Ive talked to him several times on the phone and he says hes gonna send everything to me but still to this day I havet gotton a thing, all I want is for him to send me the papers on the dog. So I would like people to be aware of this, I have been scammed.

Jose Garcia, Rocky has ad on next day pets selling cteacup chihuahuas and gets paid thru paypal. I sent him 600. 25 dollars for a female teacup female he said it was registered and I got a male with no registeration papers he says he would send them they are ckc registered suppossingly. still have not recieved, and nor will he answer any of my call she is in Edinburg, Texas 956-789-9372
