Josef Silny & Associates, Inc., International Education Consultants is a professional translation and foreign credential evaluation agency located in Miami, FL since 1987. We have been a corporate member of the American Translators Association since 1993 and we are also member of NACES, the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
Unfortunately, we are not able to investigate this individual's case since we do not have a full name or assistance in identification, so specific information as to why he was not satisfied is not available. However, our application for translation services, which also serves as a contract with the company and is signed by the client, does state that the service will be provided as long as legible documents are submitted, the translation application is completed and signed and the fee for the service is submitted. This is then sent all together to our office via fax or mail to JS&A in Miami, FL. The application also states:
"I release Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. from any liability for damages resulting from the use to which I or any agency or institution puts the translation. All translation feees are NON REFUNDABLE."
