Joseph Arbore & Sons Home Improvements Joe Arbore I hired Joe in June 2021 for a number of projects at my home. Stairs, walkway, workshop addition. Nothing was completed. He was paid in full. I have yet to get my metal roofing, cedar shakes and more. Left the house a disaster. Carmel New York
Joe was hired initially for a masonry job. The job was not complete. Also was hired to finish an addition. Not complete. He threatened me multiple times to the state police. He broke into my property and then told state police his tools were outside. That was not true.
So far, I’m owed roughly $18,000. He becomes hostile. People have showed up at my Home looking for him for money. Sadly if I had read his Google reviews prior to hiring him, I would have bypassed him. Sham. Fraud.
