We bought a care on Jan. 21, 2011 from Joseph Auto Sales. We have the paper plates. However they have not sent the hard plates or the title. We have tries to contact them and there is no answer to any of the phone numbers we have - the business phone and the personal cell phones!

I assume that you had to drive over to Fredericksburg to pick up the car. You need to drive back there to contact them. Actually I'd contact the police. The car might be stolen which is why you can't get tags for it. Your attorney might also send them a certified letter. The police might be your best bet at this point.
