Received an email saying I owe $965 for a loan. That they have been trying to contact me since March of 2015, and since I refuse to cooperate they will be issuing an arrest warrant and also a judge will be garnishing my wages. That If it goes to court.I will end up paying $4300 but they will settle for $1300 if I call within the next 4 HRS and make an arragement.
