Joseph Enterprises, Inc - The Case of the Useless "Clapper" A Ripoff Joke & a complete fraud
I am reporting that the Item called the "Clapper", so promoted on TV as a great product , is a piece of junk and completely unreliable. It is apparantly imported by a company called "Joseph Enterprises " @ 425 California St,Suite 1300, San Francisco,Ca 94104, USA. They are kind enough to give you a 30 day warranty for defects in workmanship or materials only. I have found that my first "Clapper" worked inconsistantly for about 3 mos and the finally crapped out.I bought another one , an "improved model" with sensitivity features and that also ceased to work in about 6 weeks. Needless to say I think this product is a joke and a complete fraud on the public. I wonder how many "Clappers" are out there working after 3 mos use.
