Complaint Review: Joseph Mcintosh Attorney for Quality Loan Servicing

Nationstar Mortgage Company/  Quality Loan Servicing(Paulsbo,WA)  Mary Stearns Attorney for Quality Loan and Joseph Mcintosh Attorney for Quality Loan and Kathy Rice, Mediator for Volunteers of America Dispute Resolution in Everett,WA .  ALL ARE COMPLETE CROOKS AND DIRT BAGS!!!!!! ALL OF THEM SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

HERE IS THE STORY:

So 5 Years ago I went through a Divorce.  Had some medical problems from stress as well such as vertigo.  Had never missed a mortgage payment in my entire life.  Went through 6 different jobs in a year and a half.  Went from making 150K plus a year to 4K a month.  The financial crisis hit.  All of a sudden I was forced to miss a few mortgage payments for the first time in my life to Nationstar mortgage which my NOTE was refinanced by FREMONT and sold and transferred to Nationstar during the Financial Crisis and probably during the ROBO signing times.  My NOTE is not a Freddie Mac Fannie Mae Note keep in mind.

So I miss 3 payments and Nationstar says to me ok we are going to modify your note and lower your rate to 5%.  However not so great because it was for interest only.  Then they charged me $3,500 to do the modification. 

Then, I make 2 payments and then they send me paperwork when the HAMP program first came out 3 years ago.  They said you make these 3 Trial payments and we will lower your rate to 2 percent for 5 years and then modify my loan.  They
charge me $3,500 to do this as well.  I make my payments on time. Everything going great and then they say I don't qualify for the HAMP program.  So you know what I said to them???  I SAID UP yours and bleep bleep bleep blippity; bleep
bleep bleep))LOL  you get the point.  I said I am not paying your crooks another payment until you modify my loan.  almost 3 years have gone by.  They said to me 2 years ago you pay us another $5,000 and we will modify for an interest only. 
I said PACK SAND.  Then they decided to try and foreclose.  I have gone through 3 terrible attorneys.  One held them off for a little while.  However all of them were a complete JOKE!!  They all say they can help but they didn't.  They
took my money and laughed all the way to the bank.  I had to pay 3 monthly payments into the court registry to stop the sale and Nationstar stole that from me as well.  Then this mediation comes about in the state of Washington.  I decided to try one more time to work it out.  We go to mediation in Everett, WA with volunteers of America.  Not knowing that the HAMP program can do nothing for you if your NOTE is not a FANNIE MAE FREDDIE MAC loan.  The volunteers of America failed to catch this as well.  $200 down the drain.  Then the close the mediation because supposedly I did not supply all my proper documents.  This is FALSE AS WELL!!!   I found out that Nationstar is doing this to people so they can foreclose on as many homes as possible and quick so they can pocket a bunch of money from people, then sell the home and pick up the difference in people being underwater from the government!!  What a brilliant SCAM!  And apparently Volunteers of American and Dispute Resolution are in on it as well. 

I am so IMPRESSED! NOT!

Well I have news for you Nationstar and Mary Stearns and Joseph Mcintosh and Kathy RICE.  YOU ARE ALL CROOKS.  I will make sure that everybody knows about this SCAM!

So people listen up and listen up well.  Do not and I REPEAT!  DO NOT attempt a HAMP program if your loan is not a Fannie Mae Freddie Mac Loan.  YOU WILL GET SCREWED!

I am asking the Attorney Generals, DFI, BBB and any other agency's available to spread the word on these people.  They are not looking out in the best interest of people that actually want to pay their mortgage and pay their bills.  I am on a mission now to spread the word like Jesus did.  DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THESE CROOKS SAY!!!  They DO NOT
CARE!!

I am asking for the President of the United States to STOP NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE and all the FRAUD that is going on.  I am asking for somebody to look into my Loan to see if it was even transferred correctly through MERS.

Please call me at (((ROR redacted)))  if you can help me.  I have been CHEATED out of so much money from these guys its not even funny.  All I have ever wanted to do is be treated fairly.  However these CROOKS have a personal vendetta out to destroy me.  WELL GUESS WHAT!!!  I AM NOT GOING DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT!!

Again people DO NOT TRUST Joseph Mcintosh, Attorney for Quality Loan Servicing in Washington, Mary Stearns Attorney for Quality Loan, and Kathy RICE, dispute resolution mediator in Everett, WA for Volunteers of AMERICA DISPUTE RESOLUTION.  THEY ARE ALL CROOKS!!!!  INCLUDING JUSTIN HALBACH FOR NATIONSTAR.
