I tryed to talk with them to reduce the deposit ck from $2000 to $1500 to pay for the repairs that needed to be done and they said no. So I canceled the deposit ck.
* The repair cost was only $526.32?

LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD MR MARTZ OF BLOOMFIELD NY CAME TO OUR DEALERSHIP TO GET "HELP" TO BUY A TRUCK AFTER WAITING A WEEK TO PICK UP HIS TRUCK HE WROTE US A CHECK THAT HE STOPPED PAYMENT ON BECAUSE IN THE STATE ON NEW YORK IT IS A CIVIL MATTER NOT FELONY AS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IF IT WOULD HAVE BOUNCED. AFTER CALLING THE BANK TO CONFIRM FUNDS WE WERE TOLD THAT THE CHECK WAS NO GOOD. AFTER WE STATED TO MAKE SOME PHONE CALLS TO REACH MR MARTZ HIS PHONE WAS SHUT OFF AND HIS OWN MOTHER TOLD US THAT SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MONEY WAS NOT IN THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE SHE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. MR MARTZ NEVER CONTACTED US TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS FIXED BUT I THINK PART OF THAT WOULD BE BECAUSE THE TRUCK HAS BEEN REPOSSED AND A COLLECTION AGNECY IS TRING TO COLLECT HIS BAD DEBT.
