I hired Joe Ramirez to redo my website. I already had two website designs, one working and one non-working. He agreed to do the work and charged me for work that he never completed. He just put together a shoddy home page, where he copied and pasted content from my old web design. Then, he said that he redid my billing system and uploaded my mp3s.
He completed neither of those things. He lied and said that he was doing security work, securing my site. I did not hire him for that. I hired him to design the site. He is a liar, cheater, scammer and con-artist. Unfortunately, I was sick at the time and paid him without thoroughly checking out his work. Do not hire him, you will get ripped off!
