Joseph went in my attic and said that I have frayed exposed wires and my house needed rewired. I gave him a $500.00 advance. I had other work done, was talking to the man and he decided to go in my attic to check it out. He came back with an old TV cable that wasn't attached to anything. I contacted J Reyes several times then he blocked my numbers and E-mail. This has been over 2 months. He never showed up when he said he would, never called. I am an ugly horrible person according to him. After I told him that I found out that my house did not need rewired, I offered other work to him so that he could work off the advance. He agreed but then he never showed up. He has a FACEBOOK post with his daughter on a new Christmas bike. I guess I paid for the bike! Maybe someday she will find out that her present was purchased with stolen money by her dad, the theif!
