We hired Joseph Sanchez to redo our driveway and patio and landscaping. He did a friend of a friend's driveway and it looked good. He gave us a good deal. He took our deposit, and then we didnt hear from him for months after.
He lied about being licensed and about filing the permit in our city. I posted online and I find that he is doing this to others as well. He has returned some money, but is saying he will not return the rest because Ive posted a poor review on Google. He has done NO work at all and took our money.
