Joe likes to use different names... especially when he's in trouble! Joseph Richard (((REDACTED)))uses the names of Joe, Joey, and Joseph - and as last names he uses(((REDACTED))) , Shaluey, Shaly, and Richard(his middle name).
Joseph Richard (((REDACTED)))is a multi-faceted and well-rounded criminal with a lenghty criminal history involving Cruelty to Animals, Drug Arrests, Assaulting an Officer, DUI Drunk Driving(3) arrests and Driving Suspensions, Violent Crimes arrests, and the list goes on and on. He was also found to be a child molestor by the local DSS, but his Good Old Boy connections kept the police at bay. However, the Good Old Boys have walked away from him now... once they figured out what an evil guy Joe really was/is.
He is also currently a DeadBeat Dad of the highest order. He is currently over $2200.00 behind on paying his child support, but he can feed his horses and cows on his 50 acre farm. What a loser!
However, what goes around truly comes around :D
In Nov 2003 Joseph was arrested in cracktown at 2:00 am for possession of a sawed off shotgun in Greenville SC... and since Joe is a convicted Felon he's not supposed to have any guns!
Oh well... the solicitor took the case, and the Grand Jury handed up a True Bill of Indictment for poor old dumb *Joey*, and now it looks like Joey will be going back to Federal prison where he belongs! Thw Solicitor frowned when they learned that Joey had been arrested in 1997 for holding a 4 year old girl hostage with a shotgun pointed at her head... and the case was dismissed! They wondered "How can a Felon do something like this and get away with it?" Oh well... that's the Good Old Boy system for you!
I hope his prison punk buddies don't get wind of his DSS problems regarding the child abuse and the porno he showed to a little girl... even most murderers and rapists in prison have a code of ethics regarding children, and they don't take kindly to a cellmate like Joeys... especially with his history of involvement with DSS child sex abuse investigations.
Anyway... Lots of good and decent minded folks in the upstate of SC are quite pleased to see that Joey finally got what he had coming. He enjoyed a virtual immunity from arrests and prosecution for over 10 years... partly due to his "Good Old Boy" connections in Anderson, Greenville, and Columbia SC.
However, this stupid sociopath wouldn't get professional for his mental illness, and he refused to stop his sick sadistic terroristic criminal behavior directed towards women, children, and other families. As stated earlier, Joe has 3 DSS child abuse investigations to his credit!. His stupid evil and criminal behavior finally became so "Over the Top" that even his Good Old Boys have now turned their backs on him.
Justice in SC might be VERY slow, blind, and deaf... BUT IT AIN'T COMPLETELY STUPID

I am the ex-wife of Edward Durham of Easley, SC (who wrote this original post) and mother of the daughter he is discussing in this ridiculous "rant". Not only were these accusations proven in a court of law not to be true, but we later discovered my daughter was "coached" by my ex husband to say things that were not true about her father. This man has no shame and spent the majority of his time obsessed with making Joey miserable. It was malicious and jealous slander, and Joey's reputation was unfairly and unjustifiably attacked. I am writing this because I have tried communicating with someone affiliated with this website, as well as my ex husband to have the post taken down, but received no response. Unfortunately, this is the only way I know of to get the truth out. This has been embarrassing and extremely hurtful for my daughter to read, and I am disgusted that a forum such as this even exists. How someone can publicly humiliate anyone they choose, without having to prove their accusation, is absolutely absurd.

This is completely disgusting. My mother's ex husband wrote this out of spite, and now that my father passed away around a year ago I would STRONGLY appreciate it taken down. It is extremely invalid and immature. Insince I carry my father's last name, how does it look when people search my name on google and this pops up? That goes for the rest of my father's family. It is very very embarrassing for me being a teenage girl. Just take it down. Thanks.
