Joseph, Steven And Associates Complete scam Ventura California
I wish I had done research on this company before sending them money. They require funds up front and say they will reimburse your funds if they don't collect your money. After months of the company doing nothing, we reported them to the attorney general's office. JSA did then acquire an attorney to go after the bad debt owed to us. Then after many phone calls, long wait times and phone calls being dropped, I found out from a web page where you can look up court cases that the case had been dismissed. Turns out that the lawyer obtained for us didn't show up for court, the judge got fed up and dismissed the case. Of course the fees we paid up front are not being returned.
