when my wife recieved a very brutal and threatening phone call from a rude b****d named anthony masters from joseph steven and a*s. he told her that she has only today to pay a certain amount or go to court. how can this be done when my wife is at work. my wife gets off at a later time and these guys wanted money during work hours. how convinient for these b***s. my wife has that b****d recorded so i can hear how brutal his conversation was and it is brutal.
anyways i contacted the business that hired these idiots and it turned out to be that they dont recall hiring these guys to collect for them. the man who i talked to told me that they dont recall using collection agencies. there is alot more to it than this but this should be enough for businesses and people who are victims from these people. be very careful

1: Do not send them anything, call your creditor and make payment arrangements.
2: do not sign a payment agreement schedule, they will debit your account whenever they please.
3: inform your creditor of their activity.
The Ventura county District attorney's office is well aware of this company. They also go by Commercial Investigations.
If you pay JSA, your creditor will not see the money unless they go to extremes.
I am forever sorry I ever hired these guys...they abused my debtor, kept my money for themselves and only the DA in Ventura CA has been able to help....I am STILL waiting for a settlement.
