Complaint Review: Joseph Steven & Associates Joseph Stevens & Associates AKA Specialized Recovery Or SRD

We have had an almost identical experience as Report: #250228.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
They sound legit at first, "no cost to you unless we recover funds on your behalf", then the hit you up for legal fees to file the case. They will relentlessly harass and attempt to bully you - AND YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE CLIENT!!!

If you tell them to get lost, they will send you a bill you for closing the case!!! Wow, whole new low for customer service until...you call to complain and I guarantee they will be the rudest people you EVER talked to. YES they will talk over you and then hang up - and I didn't even get hostile with them. I simply asked them to stop calling and provide all communication is writing only.

The Attorney General's office is VERY interested in this company and their business practices, it is worth every bit of the effort to file a complaint!!!
