Complaint Review: Joseph Tittel psychic

THE PENNSYLVANIA INSURANCE FRAUD PREVENTION AUTHORITY REPORTS THAT PSYCHIC JOSEPH TITTEL WAS CRIMINALLY CHARGED WITH SEVERAL SEVERE CRIMES IN 2015 AT THE DA'S OFFICE; WITH INSURANCE FRAUD, CRIMINAL ATTEMPT, THEFT BY DECEPTION-FALSE IMPRESSION, FALSE REPORTS AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT; WHILE PSYCHIC JOSEPH TITTEL WRONGFULLY ATTACKS AN INNOCENT VICTIM HE HIMSELF IS THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY CHARGED WITH SUBSTANTIAL CRIMES.

The hypocrisy is incredible!

The deception,pattern of false statements  and fraud are obvious, based on this report by the state; please see the report fror yourself by the state of Pennsylvania in the attachment, below and online.

On November 18, 2015, detectives of the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office filed a Criminal Complaint charging 45 year-old Joseph John Tittel of Levittown, PA with Insurance Fraud, Criminal Attempt Theft by Deception-False Impression, False Reports and Disorderly Conduct. According to the complaint, Tittel had obtained an attorney to represent him in a personal injury claim submitted to Esurance Insurance Company regarding an alleged incident on September 24, 2015 in which Tittel reported that as he was backing out of a parking spot, another vehicle almost struck his vehicle. Tittel stated that as he was attempting to exit the parking lot, he pulled behind the vehicle that had almost hit his vehicle and that the driver of that vehicle got out and started a physical altercation with Tittel. Tittel further alleged that the other driver then kicked Tittel’s vehicle, got back into his car and backed into Tittel’s car multiple times. However, according to the complaint, the other driver had reported that Tittel had “tapped” the rear of his vehicle at the exit and when he exited his vehicle to discuss with Tittel why he had hit his vehicle, Tittel allegedly became physically confrontational, and a physical altercation commenced. Video surveillance footage reportedly contradicted Tittel’s version of the incident. At no time does the surveillance footage show the other driver’s vehicle back into Tittel’s vehicle. According to the complaint, surveillance footage shows the other driver’s vehicle approaching and stopping at the parking lot’s exit followed by Tittel’s vehicle. The video shows the other driver exiting his vehicle and approaching Tittel’s vehicle and moments later, the two are seen engaged in a physical altercation. The other driver is observed getting up from the ground, entering his vehicle and driving away, while the Tittel’s vehicle is seen moving forward and up onto a curb while Tittel is clearly seen standing outside of his vehicle. I want to make things clear: All Joseph Tittel is doing is creating a bunch of smoke with complete fabricated stories

malicious in nature, there are no welfare fraud or any other criminal charges filed, him being harassed,any federal charges or

otherwise; or convictions pending or concluded against Utsava, there are no criminal convictions nor has the DA, be it

federally or state wise, ever filed charges and brought them to criminal or civil court, none; there are no illegal business

practices; everything is legit. This person Tittel has  been continuing to initiate contact as of today, harasses me and keeps

theatening me with action he cannot take against me as a matter of law; all based on fraudulent misrepresention of facts

with the internet to bully,smear and humiliate. His language is harassing and the language of being mean spirited, I would 

say search google for similar encounters people have published about him.

If you clearly read this womans comment and the other one she put up in February about Joseph it is clear she has some serious issues. Joseph has been doing his work for over 3 decades and featured in hundreds of articles, newspapers, magazines, radio and television. His reputation speaks for itself. This woman is not, never was and never will be a client of his. Let us show you clearly and you can make your own assumptions

This woman uses the false name Utsava and poses as a psychic. She popped up out of nowhere in December 2016 with a video bashing celebrity psychics. We left one comment on the video that simply stated "How can you call yourself spiritual when you thrash out at other very well known celebrity mediums and constantly try and toot your own horn at the same time"? She obviously can not handle the truth. You can clearly see the places where she whited or X'ed out her real name and email addresses in her fake emails. In her February post she contradicts herself repeadably claiming she is not the phony Utsava psychic and that Joseph is trashing and harrassing her. If it was not her than how would she have an email she claims was sent to the phony psychic if it werent her? And the email is fake as you can clearly see the email address and names blocked out. Joseph does not have time for her nonsense and is way too busy to play little games like she is playing. He has an assistant and team that work for him beings he is so busy. What she is going to find out the hard way is how less than smart she is and how quick lawyers and the law are going to come down on her fraud and her harrassment to Joseph and other well known Mediums. 

So here is a little proof for you all. This womans real name is Andrea Susanne Erhard and she is from Switzerland. In the past 8 years she has more than 10 different addresses spread across the United States, a squater perhaps beigs one arrest was by Fanie Mae. She has called and left numerous voicemails threatening Joseph and his business on his office number. We will upload her voicemails if this allows us too. Along with her mugshots from her arrests. All these false claims saying Joseph has some criminal record and is harrassing her but we have the solid proof that shows differently. She is doing her reverse psychology or the mirror effect and mirroring her life onto a very hard working, well established man with an amazing reputation. She even created many fake social media profiles that will be tracked right back to her IP and sent private messages to Josephs private personal friends that commented on his public posts. She basically copied and pasted the same message she posted here in February. Once her real name was discovered and searched on facebook we were all already blocked? Hmmm why would you block anyone if they never contacted you and do not have your real name? She even changed her facebook name a few times in the past few days since she has been busted with her childish games and reported to facebook.

Look at her rap sheet and mug shots for starters folks. She uses many different alias names. If you were real and not a crook than why would you use so many names? Why would you suddenly start a website claiming to be a psychic with a fake name Utsava? If she were real than why is she hiding her real name and address? She is not registered as a legal business and therefore is not paying taxes either. 

It is very clear this woman has some serious mental issues. Looks like it is now going to take some powerhead lawyers and law enforcment to show her she can not come along and do this to people. She can not start a fake business under false names and take advantage of people. She doesnt have a business account and can not take credit cards. Instead she will tell you to send her a donation on Pay Pal. Hmmmm, wonder why that is? To screw over the government? No wonder one of her charges in the past is welfare fraud.

Sure come to the U.S. and milk our system and steal from other hard working people while trashing and attempting to harm other peoples reputations and businesses while also trying to toot her own horn. She needs all the help she can get and she has an awful lot of time on her hands now doesn't she? All you have to do is search her real name and see for yourself. You should hear the voicemails and threatsshe left. But she accuses Mr Tittel of doing that to her? Where is the proof? there is none because she is nothing more than a very angry jealous wanna be psychic who wants to abuse others most likely because sadly she was abused. At least that is one of her claims. Oh yes and she has degrees in psychology and nursing. But on her August 18, 2015 arrest it is listed that she works as a paralegal. That was in California and than she ran to Oregon, Cottonwood & Sedona AZ and now in Florida. She was also arrested in cottonwood for unlawful entry and theft. 

It is truly so sad that there are horrible trolls like her out there trolling the net just to hurt others and their business. Most likely because they are so insecure with themselves and can not seem to make a dollar because they are lazy. Sad but so true. It is people like this Andrea Erhard woman who make Americans look bad and even more so makes real truly gifted psychics look bad as well. This woman needs to serious get a real job and stop harrassing Joseph and the others she is doing this too as well. We can not wait until her local law enforcement, district attorney and the IRS her ahold of her. Another mug shot coming soon.

Did you honestly think that you could create two videos before the election and upload them to Youtube but not make one of them public until you knew which one would be correct? 
Did you honestly think you could go out and create videos, false slanderous comments, fake Facebook profiles and so forth to harm other real truly gifted Mediums without any of them knowing? 
See XXX, when you go after people who are honest and legit you are bound to fail and you are bound to get your karma back very quickly. 
Did you think we would not come together as a group and take you down?
Did you really think you could pose as a psychic and steal from others while using the names of gifted psychic mediums who worked their tails off for decades to build their amazing reputations to attract money to yourself?
Did you really think we would not find out about the federal charges against you?
Did you forget about your mugshots online and all of your past arrests?
Did you really think you could claim to have a degree in psychology and nursing and people would fall for it? there is no such thing as a degree in nursing. 
Did you think we could not files lawsuits against you for slander, intent to harm and so much more?
And did you realize that some of what you have been doing, especially to one of us, is actually illegal and now we can contact your local D.A. and have criminal charges placed against you?
I could go on and on xxx but you got my point now.

So here is what is going to happen now little miss phony psychic xxx On Wednesday May 31st at 10am eastern time I will be meeting with my big powerful lawyers and we will also be doing a conference call with the others and their lawyers in which we are teaming up with. We will decide what exact suits and charges we will bring against you depending on what you do between now and than. We will get court orders to force Facebook, Youtube, RipOff and all other sites to reveal the IP addresses and the history of you Youtube videos watched. Even though we already have that and have copies of both videos of your Trump and you other Hillary predictions. They will all lead right back to you. 

So from the kindness of our golden loving caring hearts we will give you one last opportunity to make all of this right. 
You have until Wednesday May 31st at 8am eastern time to delete and remove all Youtube videos including all of the false predictions that we can prove you stole from us and others. 

You will unblock those of us your blocked on Facebook under your real name and than you will go to our pages and post public apologies to all of us and our followers for your lies and deceit and for attempting to harm us and our reputations.

You will go to all the websites where you posted fake slanderous comments and information and you will beg and plea to have it removed. You will also post a public apology on all of those sites as well. 

You will find all of those you sent private social media messages and emails too slandering any of us to our own friends and followers and telling the truth. 

You will remove all your info on the xxx website and will place a public apology there as well naming all of us whom you slandered and lied about and you will never ever pose as a psychic again. 

If you fail to do this we will take some of the following actions immediately.
Court orders to retrieve the IP addresses from all sites you used to slander and hurt us and our businesses. 

If you fail we will contact Pay Pal and let them know about your devious ways of asking for donations from people when it is illegal to do so when you are not a registered nonprofit organization, church or business. 

We will contact your local police and District Attorneys to inform them of your illegal business practices, your fraud and your attempts to slander, harm and bully others. 

We will contact the IRS to inform them of the facts that you are stealing from people and from our United States Of America by not paying taxes or being registered as a business like the rest of us. 

We will have our attorneys use their detectives to dig up anything else possible that can and will be used against you in the court of law. They will also check into your immigration status and you better hope you are now a legal citizen or we will have the courts look at everything and will demand that you are deported back to XXX

We will fly to your city to file a restraining order and a cease order against you. 

We will contact Google and Youtube to inform them of your illegal practices and your theft of other peoples account info and copies of their videos and predictions. They will instantly trace all of your Youtube use and videos you watched to easily confirm your thievery. 

Finally we will post sites and info everywhere possible to let the world know who you are and let them see all the places you lived, the arrests, court records, your fake claims to hold degrees and so on. 

Again I can go on and on but you have the point now. 
DO NOT THINK FOR A SECOND THAT THIS IS A GAME!! We do not play games like you and you went after the wrong people and tried to effect our business and the food and shelter we provide for ourselves, our children and family. This is true KARMA coming your way Andrea.
